Reading and understanding technical documents accurately can be a gateway to success. Learning how to help students gain access to these documents is imperative to their success and future. In this one day workshop participants will explore the elements and levels of Cognitive Rigor and Webb's Depth of Knowledge. Through discussion and hands-on activities, participants will learn how easy it is to transform their classrooms into high-achieving, high-learning, rigorous environments so that even struggling readers can successfully navigate the most complex technical and industry specific documents.
